Important Notes

  • The group must have one (1) fixed departure date and one (1) return date, and one (1) confirmed hotel at the time of E-Group Visa filing.

  • Any change to the travel dates or hotel will require the E-Group Visa to be refiled.

  • All members must travel together with the group on the same flights.

  • An approved E-Group Visa allows a maximum stay of fifteen (15) days in South Korea.

  • Visa issuance and immigration clearance are not guaranteed.

  • Passengers who are denied entry by immigration authorities in Manila or South Korea will not be entitled to any refund.

  • All tour fees are strictly non-refundable in case of immigration denial.
